Rumours are ripe that Noel Edmonds and his highly-rated game show Deal Or No Deal may quit Channel 4 after chiefs warned they were planning to cut the programme’s budget.
Producers Endemol have been told by Channel 4 officials that they will not be able to keep up with the current budget when the deal runs out at the end of next year.
